Touch Sensitive Circuit Diagram

This is  a touch sensitive circuit diagram.At present we can see vehicle manufactures have made touch sensitive electronic equipments with their cars.So I suppose this will be a useful circuit for you all guys.This circuit can be operated with 12 V so that you can fix this circuit with your car directly.Use a copper plate as the touch plate.
