Simple moter speed Cntroller circuit Diagram

This is a simple motor control circuit diagram.Free Circuit Diagrams 4U has given you speed controllers before this but the specialty of this circuit is  this circuit can be operated with 3V.Here I have used Bc557 and Bc338 transistors.I suppose this would be a very useful circuit for you all
