 1- IC-NE555           Timer IC
 2- C-10uF 16V        Electrolytic capacitors
 1 -R-2.7K                Resistors         1/4 W 5%
 1- R-470 ohms         Resistors         1/4 W 5%
 1 -R_1K                  Resistors           1/4 W 5%
 1- VR_10K             Variable resistor
 10- LED  Blue color 

Note:-
           # Don't supply over 9V
           # When you are soldering ICs always use a IC base
