LED Flasher (Multivariater) Circuit

This is very simple circuit.So beginners can fix this circuit easily.There are two LEDs.The LEDs blink one by one.Then If you want to control the time of LEDs.you can do that by changing the value of capacitors.So beginners this is a wonderful opportunity to you.

I have done several test to use this one as a pulse generator those test were succeeded so you also can use this one as a pulse generator.

# use 9v batty to power this
